Terms & Conditions for the Purchase of Levi’s® x Nike Products

Effective for All 6 Participating Locations in Thailand

• The right to purchase Levi’s® x Nike products is exclusively reserved for RedTab™ members only.
• The collection will be released on Thursday, July 10, 2025, at 10:00 AM (Bangkok Time) through the following channels:
  -Online at levi.co.th.
  -Levi’s® stores at Central World, EmSphere, and Iconsiam.
  -Department store counters at Siam Paragon, Central Ladprao, and Central Chidlom.
• Queue Card Distribution (In-Store Purchases Only): Queue cards will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis starting at 9:00 AM on the release date.
  -A total of 50 queue cards will be issued per location, including reserve numbers.
  -Customers must collect queue cards in person at designated points (see the collection points below).
• No third-party or self-organized queues are permitted. Any violation will result in immediate disqualification from receiving a queue card.
• Line-cutting, proxy queueing, or allowing others to join your spot is strictly prohibited. Offenders will be disqualified from purchasing.
• Each customer is eligible for one (1) queue card only.
• Customers will be admitted to the shop in groups of five (5) in queue order, starting from 10:00 AM. Store staff will escort customers to the designated area for purchasing.
• Purchase Limitations: Each eligible customer may purchase one (1) item per style only.
• Customers may try on up to two (2) items in the fitting room.
• Queue cards must be presented in original, undamaged condition. Lost, damaged, or duplicated cards will not be accepted.
• Products from the Levi’s® x Nike collection are: Not eligible for discounts, not combinable with any other promotions, and non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
• Levi Strauss (Thailand) reserves the right to amend, modify, or cancel these terms and conditions, including purchase rights, without prior notice and at its sole discretion.

  -Iconsiam: Lobby D, in front of Gate 5, G Floor (outside the mall).
  -EmSphere: Main Entrance, G Floor.
  -CentralwOrld: G Floor, Center Entrance, in front of Naraya store.
  -Central Chidlom: G Floor Pick-up/Drop-off Point.
  -Central Ladprao: BTS Skywalk, 2nd Floor (near Muji store).
  -Siam Paragon: Gate 1, G Floor (near Bangkok Bank, under BTS skywalk).

GIFT CARD

• สามารถซื้อบัตร Gift Card ได้ที่หน้าร้าน Levi’s® ทุกสาขา (ยกเว้นเคาน์เตอร์ Levi’s® ในห้างสรรพสินค้า Levi’s® King Power และ Levi’s® สาขา Premium Outlet) ตรวจสอบที่ตั้งร้านได้ที่ https://levi.co.th/a/store-locator/list
• สงวนสิทธิ์ขั้นต่ำของการซื้อบัตร เริ่มต้นที่ 500 บาท
• สามารถใช้ได้ที่ร้าน Levi’s® ในประเทศไทยเท่านั้น (ยกเว้นเคาน์เตอร์ Levi’s® ในห้างสรรพสินค้า Levi’s® King Power และ Levi’s® สาขา Premium Outlet)
• กรุณาแสดงบัตรที่แคชเชียร์ก่อนการชำระเงิน
• สงวนสิทธิ์ในการชดเชยหรือออกบัตรทดแทน กรณีบัตรเสียหาย ชำรุด หรือสูญหาย รวมถึงการถูกโจรกรรม
• บัตรนี้มีอายุ 12 เดือน นับจากวันที่ซื้อ มูลค่าบัตรที่เหลือหลังจากหมดอายุจะถือเป็นโมฆะไม่มีการชดเชย
• บัตรนี้ไม่สามารถเติมมูลค่า ไม่สามารถแลกเปลี่ยนหรือคืนเป็นเงินสด และและสงวนสิทธิ์ไม่ให้จำหน่าย
• มูลค่าบัตรคงเหลือจะปรากฏในใบเสร็จที่ชำระด้วยบัตรนี้ โดยสามารถตรวจสอบยอดคงเหลือได้ที่ร้าน Levi’s® ในประเทศไทย
